Free School Meals
Universal Infant Free School Meals
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 at state-funded schools in England will be eligible for free school meals as part of the national Universal Free Infant School Meals scheme.
Universal Free School Meals
Once your child enters Year 3, they are no longer entitled to a Universal Infant Free School Meal.
It is important that all parents who receive one of the benefits listed on the Nottinghamshire County Council website apply for free school meals as this will enable the school to claim a 'pupil premium allocation'.
The pupil premium is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to raise attainment. By contributing to this additional funding for schools, you can help us to buy new equipment, resources and staff to support your child and other children in the school.
Applying for Free School Meals
You can check if your child is eligible for free school meals and find more information by visiting the Nottinghamshire County Council website or by contacting the Free School Meals Team on 0300 500 80 80.
