Welcome to Ordsall Primary School from the Headteacher, Mr Karl Hopkinson

I am delighted to welcome you to Ordsall Primary School, a place where everyone can Play, Learn and Grow Together. I am exceptionally proud to be the Headteacher of this fantastic school, and it is our mission to be a school community where we can all 'be the best that we can be'.

Our talented and caring staff work hard to provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment, so children can thrive socially, emotionally and academically. At Ordsall, every child receives a broad, exciting and stimulating curriculum which they enjoy and are engaged with. We provide a range of experiences and opportunities, including trips, visitors, clubs and enrichment activities to raise children's cultural capital.

You are always welcome to visit the school. The children consistently display and produce the positive attitudes, learning behaviours and quality of work we expect at Ordsall, so I believe the best time to visit the school is during the school day when all the children are learning.
