Nursery

Our nursery is part of our school, allowing children to make a seamless transition to statutory full-time education when they enter Reception. It consists of a large, spacious classroom and its own self-contained outdoor area, offering a bright and stimulating environment to promote healthy learning and development with full access to all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.

We are very proud that our nursery is led by a qualified teacher and highly experienced Early Years key workers, ensuring that children make excellent academic, personal and social progress. The curriculum is closely aligned with Reception, giving the children the best start to school life.

Our nursery intakes are September, January and April, and children can join our nursery at the start of the school term after their third birthday and attend either part or full-time.

We encourage you to visit and see the nursery and school for yourself. We are extremely proud of our children and school, and advise you to come and see us during the school day so you can see what nursery life at Ordsall Primary School looks like.

To arrange a visit, please contact our Attendance and Admissions Officer, Mrs Sarah Evans, on 01777 702852 or via email using office@ordsallpri.notts.sch.uk.
